Alcoholisnt seeks to mitigate or eliminate the countless negative effects of alcohol and alcoholism through education and awareness, financial assistance for individuals seeking quality treatment, and support of scholarly research.

Founder and President
Bryan Hertweck Ph.D.
Bryan created Alcoholisnt in response to his own struggles with alcohol. He hopes that Alcoholisnt can help others avoid some of the struggles he has experienced in his life. Bryan holds three Virginia Tech degrees: a Ph.D. in business along with B.S. and M.S. degrees in engineering. In his career, he has served as a software consultant, a small business owner, and has worked in higher ed as a professor, administrator, and consultant. He is also the author of both Unabashed: Breaking the Bottle and the Alcoholist Blog. Bryan lives in Boise, ID with his Belgian Malinois, Ruvo.
